Purchased my car here via a PCP deal. I got what I think was a decent deal, but unfortunately once I picked my car up that when my problems began. The car was not ready and I am still waiting for parts. Very poor communication such as unreturned calls, and getting different information from different members of staff. I have made several journeys back to Bassetts and still not sorted out something which should have been done when I first picked up my car. Very disappointing and certainly not recommend based on my experience.
