  We had the best possible experience for our wedding flowers from Black Orchid, which so many of our guests complimented us on. I went in with an idea of what I DIDN'T want and they did the rest. The manager was personable, friendly and able to pick up on what I actually DID want even before I did! I've returned again for a bouquet for my mother-in-law, who was absolutely delighted with what she received, and that was just an over the phone order. If you're after extraordinary flowers, imaginative bouquets and exceptional service, I couldn't recommend anyone better. Top class!

  I recently lost my best friend and went to Black Orchid for the first time, I was treated so beautifully with such care and concern even though i couldn't stop crying. My Cana Lily spray for her coffin was perfect and I never forgot the kindness of the staff as they could not do enough to help. So much so that today I have ordered my own Mothers day flowers for me, and spoke to the same lovely lady. The other thing that has to be said is the flowers are the best quality and last ages.. So what are you lovely folk waiting for get ordering go meet her for yourself and buy instore where nothing is to much trouble. Thank you Black Orchid you rock!!!!!!!!
