  Do not use them to design your rings. I spent 7 weeks back and forth with the design team and had to walk away (£150 worse off) with nothing to show for my time and no engagement ring. They did not listen to what I wanted and produced a revolting design of what could have been a beautiful ring (it has been successfully designed by another company exactly as I wanted it). Further more when I asked them to alter parts to try and get it better, they made it worse and I lost all faith that they knew what they were doing. Also their 3D designs take 4 weeks whereas the new company did mine in 2 days. Go with local jewellers where you can meet with the design team and in person - Ernest Jones does not provide a good service for this and I am down £150 and 3 months after I got engaged I am still waiting on a ring (although now I actually have one I want and its in the process of being made so hoping only a couple of weeks longer). I don't normally post bad reviews but feel that others should be aware of the horrible experience I had before they decide on who to make their jewellery.

  Got my Omega seamaster fully serviced here,after 15-16 years of daily wear,The watch needed quite a lot of work done as it also had some water damage,the hands were also changed all for the price of a full service,excellent value for money. Oh and a 2 year Omega guarantee,that was the icing on the cake for me. The staff are very helpful and more than happy to answer any questions! Highly recommend
