Phoned them up to see if they had items in stock that I need, first time the woman answers and she said yes and put the phone down before I finished asking her the price and the correct things I phoned back the man answers was very rude and told me to stop phoning (I only phoned 2 times) and wanted to make sure they had the things I was looking for before going all the way in to Swansea !
