  Took my westie Bob in today for grooming . It took three months to grow back after another groomer give him a Scottie cut. Asked if they could do a traditional round head westie cut? Explained the issue last time. They said they could. My partner picked Bob up while I was in work. When I got home I was horrified to see his head was so short it wasn't round at all. Another short Scottie cut. His skirt hasn't been blended to his back so he looked like he had a tutu on. And his legs had been shaved. I called very upset and they agreed to a refund of £40. Which is ok and expected. But Bob looks shocking he's going to have to be shaved all over and it's going to take three months before he can be cut again. If they can't do a classic westie cut which is basic training. I would hate to see a specialist breed cut.
